Olaplex may be used to repair damaged hair or combined with another treatment to offer the greatest breakage protection.
Olaplex is a bond multiplier with only one active ingredient: Bis-Aminopropyl Diglycol Dimaleate. Before, during, and after services, Olaplex finds solitary sulfur hydrogen bonds and cross links them back together to create disulfide connections. Chemical, thermal, and mechanical methods are used to break down disulfide bonds.
Olaplex StandAlone Treatment: In a non-spraying applicator bottle, combine 1/2oz (15ml) No.1 with 3oz (90ml) water. Take the client to the shampoo basin and thoroughly saturate them. 5 minutes of processing
Apply a liberal quantity of No.2 from roots to ends without washing, and comb through well. Allow for a minimum of 10-20 minutes of processing time. Rinse, wash, and condition as necessary. If necessary, add moisture and protein to the mix. All color lines, including semi, demi, permanent, direct, high lift, glosses, toners, and oil delivery systems, are compatible with Olaplex.
